Darrell Pitt: Captivating Stories, Inspiring a New Generation of Readers
In 2013, he was picked up by Text Publishing for an unprecedented eight book publishing deal. During that time he published the Jack Mason adventures, A Toaster on Mars, The Boy from Earth and Balloon Girls.
The first Jack Mason adventure was Commended by The Children’s Book Council of Australia Book of the Year for Younger Readers in 2015. His novel, A Toaster on Mars, was a Shortlisted Russell Prize for Humour Writing book in 2017.
His Teen Superhero novels have been read and enjoyed by thousands. The first book in the series – Diary of a Teenage Superhero – has over two thousand reviews on Amazon.
He also has a series of Australian cosy mysteries and is currently working on an action packed tech thriller.
